Shipping Policy
- Most orders are processed and ship within 24 hours of cleared payment (or next business day on weekends and holidays).
- Transit times are provided by the respective carriers and Discount Products Online will not be held liable for any delivery delays due to peak shipping times or inclement weather.
- All orders will be shipped to the address provided with your Paypal payment or your billing address, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All orders indicated as "Undeliverable" by the shipping carrier will be reshipped at the Buyer's expense or a refund will be issued, minus our shipping costs.
- If applicable, Buyer will be provided a tracking number (UPS/FedEx) or a delivery confirmation number (USPS).
- Shipping charges are not negotiable. We strive to offer the most competitive shipping rates.
- All orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.
Return Policy
- Returns are permitted and must be initiated, by the Buyer, within 30 days of receipt of product
- Buyer must email us at sales@discprodonline.com to request an RMA and provide the following information to initiate a return:
- Name
- Order Number
- Purchase Date
- Reason for return
- All non-defective, undamaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. "Open Box" items will NOT incur a restocking fee.
- We will pay return shipping on any defective product. Return shipping of non-defective products is the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective returns (actual shipping will be deducted for items shipped using our "Free Shipping" promotion).
- Due to the nature of some of our computer products, not all items we sell are eligible for return after they have been used.
